Well I currently reside in Hudson and work as a lab tech at a pharmaceutical company. I am a vegan, I don't do drugs, nor do I drink(people often ask "what do you do then?"). I find a lot of things funny and when I get old and lose my mind I will probably be laughing more than breathing (puns are not included, as they tend to make me cringe). I do know how to be serious, but I normally tend to save that side for people who know me well. I like a lot of different kinds of music as long as it is not shallow, I do however love some absurd bands like Zappa that act more like a satire to such things. I am a hard worker and take self improvement very seriously. I dislike arguing greatly, but I enjoy debating (sadly those things go hand in hand with most people). I think most people should live life being more true to themselves and not evade personal responsibility by hiding behind religion, peer pressure or blindly following a political party. I am for the most part a democrat, but I don't agree with everything they stand for. I think it is important to be polite and understanding of other people because most of us are just trying to belong. My interests include, but are not limited to: drawing, Aikido, peace, philosophy, thrift stores, animal rights, really good/bad/strange movies, psychology, going to the gym (swimming/running/free weights), anime, learning Japanese, Japanese culture, acting/voice acting, chess, sciences, cooking, photography, hiking, travel. I'm looking for someone who will be my best friend. One who strives for self improvement and will push me to do the same. A person who is open to new things and is understanding of people. Someone who finds humor in the silly and absurd, yet has a great deal of empathy. I'm pretty easy to talk to. So even if we are not at all alike, I'm always up for a friendly conversation.
